I’m Hana Kim, an attorney-turned-marketer who left the corporate world after 17 years to launch Act 3 of my career.
Act 1 was the early hustle of freelance writing and then a short period as an attorney. After a caregiving pause, I pivoted to marketing and communications at an insurance carrier.
Act 2 involved moving my way up the corporate ladder while balancing caregiving. I spent the majority of my career marketing a product nobody wants to think about (medical malpractice insurance) to the toughest audience in B2B (physicians).
When I realized that the life I thought I wanted was no longer sustainable, I knew it was time to start over and build a career that was more fulfilling.
